Annoying password request #33

The option for a password change indeed is missing and will be implemented in the next version. Thanks for bringing this up. Concerning the experiment finalization (signature) password: Phoenix ELN implements basic compliance requirements for non-GMP workflows. This includes the author confirming by signature the completeness and accurate description of every experiment to be finalized, no matter if in a paper or electronic version. In the electronic version, this signature is implemented by entering the user password. The same thing is true for reverting this process (unlocking), many ELN's even require to enter a reason here. So this behavior unfortunately can’t be disabled, even if you should be working in an environment without any ELN compliance requirements. |

Hello,
Is there a way to disable the repeated password request when finalizing or unlocking a project? Ideally, the password would only be required once — when opening the application. Also, is it possible to change the password in the settings? And if these features aren’t currently available, are there any plans to implement them in the future? Thanks in advance!
